In 2001, the company merged with Korea Steel Chemical and was renamed DC Chemical, before reverting to OCI in 2009 as a nod to its foundational legacy. Today, headquartered in Seoul, OCI operates across more than 80 countries with a diversified portfolio spanning chemicals, renewable energy, and advanced materials.
