Arbor Mist is a brand of alcoholic beverage that blends wines such as Merlot, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Moscato with fruit flavourings and high fructose corn syrup. Launched in 1998 by Arbor Mist Winery in Canandaigua, New York, and owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, the brand pioneered the "varietal wine with natural flavors" category, making the best-selling wine debut since the 1970s.
